We are hiring engineers with experience in Ruby/Rails and/or Golang. We have a variety of open roles across the group and are growing quickly.
Things you might work on:
Improving the scalability, performance, and reliability of our core CI engine
Adding GitLab Runner support to new platforms
Expanding Pipeline Authoring capabilities to make it easier for customers to configure and visualize complex pipelines
Implementing deeper integrations with other GitLab features such as Continuous Delivery, Observability, Infrastructure as code, and more!

Experience you'll need:
Professional experience with Ruby on Rails or Golang
Working knowledge of CI/CD
Have the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex problems
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote work environment
Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills
Experience that will set you apart:
Previous experience working on high scale or highly critical systems
Previous experience running services in production
Experience with the GitLab product as a user or contributor
Demonstrated ability to contribute to architecture design
Product company experience
Experience working with a globally distributed, remote team

For Colorado residents: The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $107,500 - $188,900 for Colorado residents only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity . Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
